Five disciplined steps. Fixed quotes after the technical audit. Weekly builds throughout. No hourly billing, no scope ambiguity, no surprises at invoice time.
Send us your game, a Steam link, an APK, a build URL, whatever you have. We play it, review the available architecture information, estimate the scope, and identify platform-specific risks.
You get a written assessment with a feasibility verdict, a list of known risks, estimated scope ranges, and an indicative price band. No call required. No obligation to proceed.
Game link or build + brief description of what you want
Written feasibility report, risk summary, indicative price range
We sign the NDA and you share codebase access, then do a full technical review covering engine version, platform SDK dependencies, third-party plugin inventory, asset pipeline, and performance profile on target hardware.
The output is a fixed-price quote with payment milestones, a realistic project timeline, and a clear written scope. Everything in the quote is included. Anything outside it is a change request quoted separately before any work begins.
Codebase access (NDA signed first)
Fixed-price quote, milestone schedule, project timeline, written scope
The main build phase, broken into milestone sprints. The exact scope depends on the service; touch input redesign, UI rebuild, thermal tuning, SDK swap, WebGL optimisation. Timelines vary by service and project complexity.
You receive a playable build every week. Each milestone ends with a sign-off before the next begins. You're never waiting in the dark. If something changes, you hear about it before it becomes a problem.
Playable builds, written progress update, blocker flag if any
Your approval required before each phase begins
Full QA pass across target hardware, physical iOS and Android devices for mobile, major browser/OS combinations for web, and Steam Deck for PC ports. We file bugs, fix critical issues, and retest.
We prepare all store assets (screenshots, descriptions, age ratings, privacy manifests) and handle the submission pipeline. If a store reviewer pushes back, we handle it. You don't need to know the requirements, that's our job.
QA report, store asset set, submission confirmation
Reviewer feedback, rejection appeals, resubmission
We monitor the launch, triage user-reported issues, and fix any critical bugs that surface in the first weeks. Platform OS updates during this window are included. If iOS 20 ships and breaks something, we fix it.
After 60 days, ongoing support is available at a fixed day rate quoted in advance. For rev-share clients on the publishing model, ongoing support and LiveOps management are part of the agreement.
Critical bug fixes, platform OS update patches, launch monitoring
Day-rate support available; included in rev-share publishing model
Same process for every project, every service, every time.
Fixed quote delivered at step 02. No hourly billing. No surprises.
Fixed fee or rev-share, these are standard on every engagement. No add-ons, no tiers.
We sign before we see any code, any build, or any business information. Your game is confidential from the first email.
Your quote is a fixed number with milestone payments. We absorb scope underestimates. You're never surprised at invoice time.
Every week of the port phase you get a real build you can run on device. Not a status report, an actual playable build.
You talk to the engineer doing the work, not a project manager relaying messages. Questions get technical answers, fast.
We prepare and submit to all target stores. Age ratings, privacy manifests, screenshots, reviewer questions, all our problem, not yours.
Critical bugs and platform OS update patches are included for 60 days after launch. Ongoing support is available at a day rate after that.
Most clients pay a fixed fee and handle distribution themselves. For qualifying PC→Mobile titles, we offer an alternative where we reduce or waive the upfront fee and take a share of mobile revenue instead.
We port your game. You handle distribution, publishing and keep 100% of revenue. The most common model, simple, clean, no ongoing relationship required.
Quote delivered after the technical audit at step 02. The assessment (step 01) is always free, and you'll have an indicative range before the audit begins.
We port the game, run both mobile stores, and handle ongoing LiveOps. In exchange, we take a share of mobile revenue. The upfront fee is reduced or waived for titles we believe in.
Available for selected PC→Mobile titles only. The free assessment will tell you if yours qualifies. We're direct if it doesn't. We only take projects we believe in, because the model only works if both sides win.
Never. All projects are quoted at a fixed price after the technical audit. If the port takes longer than we estimated, that's our problem to absorb, not yours. The only exception is out-of-scope change requests, which are quoted in writing before any work begins.
Scope changes are quoted separately, in writing, before any extra work begins. You'll never discover unexpected charges at invoice. If a change request affects the timeline, we tell you before starting it. The original milestone schedule stays intact unless you approve a revision.
Typically 30% on contract signing, 40% at the midpoint milestone, and 30% on delivery of the final store-ready build. The exact split is agreed in the contract. Milestones are tied to deliverables, and each payment is triggered by something you can actually test, not just a calendar date.
Yes. You receive playable builds every week throughout the port phase. Milestone payments are tied to deliverables you've already been able to test. You're approving work you've already seen run, not signing off on a promise.
It varies by project. The split depends on port complexity, the scale of publishing work, and the revenue potential of the title. We discuss it openly during the assessment and you have the full terms before signing. No hidden fees on top of the agreed share.
Yes, always, and before we see anything. We use a mutual NDA that protects both sides. If you have your own NDA template you prefer, we're happy to use it instead. The NDA is sent with the assessment response if you decide to proceed to the audit.
Five working days from receipt of your game. You'll get a written response, not a pitch call, not a "let's schedule a meeting." If you want a call after reading it, we're happy to do one. But the assessment contains the substance, and you'll have it in five days regardless.
We'll tell you directly in the assessment, including what the blockers are, whether they're fixable, and if the port is worth attempting. We'd rather give you an honest "not now, and here's why" than take a project we can't ship well. If we don't think it'll work, we say so in writing, for free.
Send your game link. Within 5 working days you'll have a written feasibility report, identified risks, and an indicative price range, no calls required.
